"We had some carpets that needed laying in the bedroom and stairwell and the stairs. Alan, came to see us very quickly after our initial enquiry and we were impressed by the amount of knowledge that he had about the types of carpets available. His suggestions that he made were considerate of our budget, and we chose a carpet that we were happy with. He was able to fit the carpet within a week of our first visit and his work was professional, and looked great. Alan was courteous and tidied up after himself. All in all, we were very happy with the service that he provided and his prices were reasonable. We would definitely use Smart & Tidy Carpets again."
